Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Due to the custom nature of these items, payment is due in full at the time of order. No work will begin until payment is received. Items are handmade with love. While we strive to make every item perfect, there is always a chance for unavoidable slight imperfections such as stray glitter, small bubbles, bumps, etc. Some requested colors may appear different once applied to the item. A care card will be provided, however no forever guarantees can be given. There is a 14-45 day turn around. This is to ensure any imperfections are not due to rushed work. This is calculated from date of receipt of payment. All items are shipped Priority USPS and shipping time may increase around holidays, bad weather, or unforeseeable circumstances. Items will ship ONLY to address provided during checkout, please double check the address is correct. An Additional $10 fee will be assessed for rushed orders (due within 14 days) as well as if there are any design changes after item is already in process, or if specific items are requested that are not already in business supply. It is preferred that no changes are made once the creation process has started. No Returns or Refunds will be provided. All Sales are Final!
